This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Sites, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

Browsing data will be collected exclusively in the legitimate interest of allowing the user to use the contents published on the Owner’s websites and for their proper administration and management. These data are used only for obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

Profiling cookies: these cookies are used to track the user’s navigation on the network and create his profiles based on tastes, habits, choices. Advertising messages can be transmitted to the user’s terminal with these cookies in line with the preferences already expressed by the user in navigating online.

Third Party Cookies: Third party cookies are cookies set by a website other than the one you are currently visiting. During browsing, the user can also receive cookies on his device that are sent from different websites or web servers (so-called “third parties”), on which some elements on the site may reside (such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains).

No personal user data is acquired by the website by simply navigating through web pages. We do not use cookies to transmit personal information neither we use so-called session cookies or persistent cookies of any kind, and even less profiling cookies.

The Site, through the share function, can refer to third-party services. The pages that contain these buttons do not release cookies either from Unicalce or from third parties. However, as it is obvious, by clicking on the symbol of the chosen sharing tool, the user will access third-party features or platforms – for which the Owner is in no way responsible – which may release cookies and collect personal data.

Data voluntarily provided by users

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of e-mail to info@unicalce.it, shown on this Site, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address required to reply to information requests, and any other personal data included in the message. The legal basis of the processing is, therefore, the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to respond to the communications received or the need to process pre-contractual requests made by the interested party. The data will be stored for the time necessary to satisfy any sender’s requests or issues submitted to the Data Controller and, in any case, for the time imposed by specific law provisions. However, the sender has the right to request the cancellation of the same according to the methods, conditions and limits provided for by art. 17 of the GDPR

Optional provision of data

Apart from what specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide spontaneously personal data to request information or services. In case of refusal to provide them, it could be impossible to fulfil the request.

Processing methods

Personal data are processed in electronic format, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Rights of interested parties

In accordance with current legislation, in relation to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

• access: it is possible to obtain information relating to the processing of personal data and a copy of such personal data;
• rectification: if you believe that your personal data is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, you can request that such personal data are corrected or integrated;
• cancellation: it is possible to request the cancellation of your personal data, if there are reasons foreseen by the law;
• limitation: you can request the limitation of your personal data processing;
• opposition: you may oppose the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, for reasons relating to your particular situation.
• portability of the data: where legally possible, you have the right to receive or obtain direct transmission to another holder (if technically possible) of the personal data you provided.
• withdrawal of consent: you have the right to revoke any consent that may have been providedat any time
• complaint: you have the right to submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority;
• to appeal to the judicial authorities in case of violation.
